Qawra

On the northern coast of Malta with spectacular views towards the Maltese islands of Comino and Gozo, is Qawra. Together with Bugibba, Qawra makes up one of the largest seaside resorts on Malta, on the east side of St Paul’s Bay towards Salina Bay. Qawra is a little more sedate than its bustling neighbour and is particularly popular with couples and families, but you will still find a magnificent choice of accommodation, restaurants and bars, nightclubs and cafe. The rocky Blue Flag beach at Qawra Point is a popular spot for sunseekers, divers and snorkellers in the summer. Alternatively visit the National Aquarium for a slice of life below the sea.
